She Leads With Love: Meet Pamela D. Smith

Pamela D. Smith has been a force within the realm of marketplace ministry for many years and she always leads with love! Her work has included helping women around the country develop a strong prayer life, increase their confidence, and take action towards their purpose. Pamela has merged her calling and career, to become a top-tier resource for women who desire to thrive spiritually and professionally.

Tell us about your latest efforts to uplift the black community.

My efforts to uplift the Black community include empowering women. Although that's a broad effort, I narrow it down by empowering one woman at a time to become confident in Christ and prioritize spiritual wellness. I also equip Female Christian Authors with self-publishing and author development consulting.

How do you incorporate elements of love and cultural pride into your work?

I do this by demonstrating the love of God through my interactions, and by trying to ensure that I always bear the fruit of kindness and gentleness. Love doesn't exist apart from kindness and gentleness. I incorporate cultural pride by honoring God and respecting people. Demonstrating that honor and respect embodies the Spirit of Black Women.

My 5-year vision as a Minister and Christian Author Consultant is to lead many to Jesus, spiritually empower women through prayer and biblical truth, and collaborate with women on my devotional collaboration opportunity.
