Return & Refund Policy

Our priority is customer satisfaction. We aim to operate with excellence, honesty, and integrity. If you have questions about any product before purchasing, please email hi@shewinssociety.com for assistance. All items are as displayed and shipped within the timeframe listed in the product description. All orders are shipped with tracking.

All sales are final with the exception of damaged items. If your item is delivered damaged, we will accept a return of unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item, She Wins Society will then provide you with the option to exchange the item or receive store credit.

Our goal is to resolve all issues in a timely and dependable manner. Please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange or store credit to be processed.

Non-damaged or digital products, including online services such as coaching, membership, and classes, are not eligible for refund, return, exchange, or store credit.

Event tickets are transferrable, but non-refundable.

Eligble return items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for exchange or store credit. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend using a trackable mail service.

We are unable to offer an exchange or store credit without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all damaged returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable or ineligible condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
